First and foremost- hire a public spokesman for all presentations who is articulate with a personality. From what I have seen of their literature and sales kits- upgrade and revamp. Their district managers also seem to have large territories. That needs to be more compact. Since I don't know the inner working of the corporate HQ its hard for me to what needs changing. I would immediately stop all TV ads until a top notch professionally done as with the expanded indications can be allowed by the FDA. I would give the the tools that the reps need to get in front of Docs including more expanded social media which is now woefully small. I would make the reps be accountable with a vigorous sales goals realizing they have the greatest drug in the world. I would never allow anybody working for AMRN to utter the words “fish oil”again EVER! The current situation with the insurance companies needs to be doubled down on IMMEDIATELY. If I were JT I would realize that with the short float at 11% and the SP this low—I would realize that giving the best value to the shareholders would be to sell V to the highest bidder with the best dividend and financial stability and sales force and advertising capabilities. Maybe he already does- I hope so. AMRN has a great product - the best in my lifetime- but lots of companies have had great products that hardly sold. Its called having the means to get the word out and close the deal. After the court decision comes down favorably -there are no more excuses!
