Maybe he is on the leadership team, maybe he isn't.

It's most likely that he is, but is hedging as to whether XNRGI is legit so is not updating his LinkedIn just in case.

Also, sometimes people do not use or update LinkedIn unless they are looking for a job.

Yes, he was added recently I posted about that and the addition of Garfield to the board,this happened at a time when we were discussing the absence of a CFO at XNRGI.
