Good Afternoon,

Session is holding up thus far. No matter what gets thrown at us, we are able to maintain the absorption rate. This issue has staying strength and that is 'Mindset' the street is looking with anticipation of clarity.

The company with it's debt restructuring is absolutely inline with the Fed's guidelines. Two of the most important issues that face all government contracts is deliverability and strength of it's financials.

The street knows this and the company's earnest desire to eliminate over-hanging notes does present a problem. However, their transparency to pay these off is by far the best approach and a ROI.

I live in a rural area and the government's involvement in expanding in Rural Broadband is very real. My cable company is a small family owned business, with a couple of thousand customers, but their expansion is limited. Where TPTW is going to make it's mark, is in areas like mine and where there is No broadband in the greater rural environment.

The government has been funding Broadband expansion for many years and the funding is picking up steam. This is TPTW's, through their subsidiary's around the world, the playground for building their brand and 5G network.

We are in a very pivot point or holding pattern, with the right catalyst, this issue is going to send the share price into orbit.

I like it and buying opportunity is here and now.

Not sure if they will release the announcement today, yet still early, I do expect it next week.

My near-term target is .01+

See you on the trading floor on Monday.

Have a good day
