I think the yield is better now, and the depreciation factor is limited. I'll take another bite. I can't imagine the virus hitting them worse than Amazon has. Amazon might be in trouble for gouging, according to something I heard on the radio. Cedar could convert some buildings to healthcare if they suddenly become proactive. Maybe they are already, but I haven't seen it. Amazon can't do that efficiently unless Bezos suddenly becomes a REIT buyer or loads up on Real Estate.
