The part where our legal team mentioned the defendants claiming they were not available for an attorney that has just been hired and never shown up at any point in this case this far was spot on. It’s a joke they hire a new attorney and then try to claim they are not available because that attorney is busy on these particular dates. If I were the defendant I would just continue hiring new attorneys and claiming they are unavailable due to other cases.

These people are literally a joke. Glad our legal team is holding their ground.

Also the defendants reasoning for picking another small or medium sized culprit for the second trial is a comical request. Did the judge not already decide to choose a mid size company in order to gauge the damages across the board. Unbelievable how ignorant they ACT.
