Agreed. After doing my own DD, I prefer a court decision.

I believe this will discourage future parasitic generics filing. I understand the risks and they can be quite large if we lose.

IMO whoever thinks we don't go substantially lower with a loss compared to the upside with a win may be quite naive what WS will do to this one drug company. It will be brutal. All my opinion. I trust the legal team of AMRN to decide what is best for the company.
