Yes but they did not cover you for many years. Back from day one of Vascepa Marine approval, BC/BS covered Vascepa @$40 no PA a couple of years later up to $50 Copay. Then after that dropped out of our region which sucked. Because UHC had PA, so I had to deal with PharmaEPA, I hope I never have to go back to a DS.
