My point, in case it wasn't clear enough, was that one option is factual and the other isn't.

For over a decade we have not been presented with one shred of CREDIBLE proof that any assets exist.

On the other hand ALL the available documents have clearly shown that ""nothing"" is left for us.

The fact is option 1 being our reality is a no-brainer but If someone produces solid evidence that assets exist, my opinion will change.

Until that happens I'll stick with the available facts.
