The day it began!


On October 17, 2016, the Company entered into an Agreement whereby the Company acquired 100% of Battle Mountain Genetics, Inc., which was incorporated in the State of California on September 29, 2016. Battle Mountain Genetics was the surviving Company and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunset Island Group. At the time of the merger, Sunset Island had no operations, assets or liabilities. On October 20, 2016, the acquisition closed and under the terms of the Agreement Battle Mountain Genetics was the surviving entity. The Company selected October 31 as its fiscal year end.
