I agree with you, they did it in the past like this....

But did you look from 2016 till now the operating profit ( read losses ), each year better and better and they bought 300K profitable company, the year 2020 can be for the 1st time since long profitable.

But yes there is also a problem, like they need to be above $0,01 before 180 days, so before which day exactly ? Mid may 2020 ? So yes a risk they can do a stock split...

But of course the whole market was big down, of course this one follows down and on top of it a lot less people want to buy it because so risky...

So if I understand you guys sell the stock instead of buying
