There are big in the Mississippi valley. I even read somewhere they got approved for new equipments (nuclear I think), and you know where: Port Gibson
I think I also remember JR said that his venture would probably create "enemies". (I need to listen the CC again).
But it is easy to imagine that some people, corporations, would like to kill that baby. It will not happen.
