I do know they are meeting next week to finalize the vehicle for the divvy. The plant facility is purchased, all of the testing and tweaking has been done on the first reactor, the four tubes are ordered, a corporate office building has been located but not yet finalized on a purchase, and JR was caught handing out turkeys just prior to Thanksgiving! (should tell you the kind of person he is).

As for Vidalia, the council has not approved the move yet pending a site visit to Pratt and Whitney which was to have taken place 2 weeks back, but was cancelled. I have not heard a new date yet. It is really a no-brainer deal - the City just has to furnish the land and allow the generation plant to be constructed and placed on the grid - only risk is property and lower electric bills- what a deal! I don't know why they hesitate, save government beurocracy.

As with any business, this new entity has a timeframe and it's posted on their website. Day-to-day timeframes are subject to normal business decisions, approvals, etc. The problem this board has is trying to make it all happen at one time - ask Bill Gates if that works.

As for Kelmer, he hits the groud running full-time for USSP (or whatevr they call it) after Dec. 15- been working for them through I.C. Thomasson until that point. In my opinion, keep an eye on Kelmer - he has been, and will be even more, a catalyst for getting both business' running and moving forward. He is driven, goal-oriented, and extremely capable of making this company work - for all of us.

OK...off my soapbox.....after all.....its....

just my two cents....
