IN MY HONEST HUMBLE OPINION

Anything can be done legally concerning escrows as far as any recoveries being transferred!!!!!!! It AT THIS POINT just says they can not as a MARKER BE SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM NOT an attorney so take it up with YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I am as well not TUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF any transfer their rights and anything come in at facce or greater, THEY WILL IMHO run the legal defense that they could not be sold or transferred!!!!!!!!!

IF one was to buy a K for .10 as has purportedly been suggested they COULD come in at 25-50=250$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MOST MENS word would fly out the door and their attorneys would be right there with them.........

I still shake hands and my word is my bond!!!! GOOD luck with that most places!!!!!!!!!!
