The first Marker sponsored trial is the AML PII.

To answer the first question I don't know why we are not properly valued but I can almost guarantee it has nothing to do with the fact that Baylor was running the trials and they aren't "MRKR Sponsored." Regardless of who is running the trial MRKR owns the rights to them.

As for the second question I think the antigen mix is fine for their indications in blood based cancers. So AML, MM, ALL, Lymphoma. I have no background in medicine so I really don't know if there would be a benefit to adjusting the antigen mix for those anyways. Pancreatic cancer is obviously different which is why the customization topic was brought up. I don't think the BCM originally thought they would see much in solid cancers. From a previous email to the company I was told that their first trial in solid tumors (HERE) was kind of a blanket trial testing the therapy (no change to the antigen mix) in different solid tumors. From that trial they saw encouraging results in pancreatic cancer and breast cancer so started new trials in those indications. Even though they saw results that led to them initiating these two other trials I don't think they were expecting the results they got from the pancreatic trial. Now that they have seen the results it makes sense that they would consider customizing the antigen mix to see if they could get even better results. I would expect they wait to see more data from the ongoing trial before they make the decision to customize the antigen mix or not. If data comes in and is better than previously reported or we see another CR it wouldn't surprise me if they just move forward as is without customization.
