I have heard a rumor that an email was discovered as part of this case that would prove my suspicions that this whole process was done on purpose. You can also look at the press release issued by IVDN on 11/10/16, the below was clipped right out of it

"The company believes the investigation was initiated at the behest of a competitor."

The clothing line was not selling because Joe Riccelli wasn't any good at selling it

My assumption is that whenever this case is over, Joe will step down and give way to someone younger, more energetic, and, frankly, smarter who can take this product to the next level. I have been told this is likely to happen by more than one person close to the company.

Nevo, I have been here 15 years, and most of the other participants on this board have been here many years as well.

Do you REALLY think that you can scare us out of our positions?

If you own it, WHY do you still own it, when you believe what you do?

Sell it and move on, I don't owe you any more explanations than I have already given

If you don't own it, then that speaks volumes about your participation here

I have no hard feelings, you are doing what you feel you must.

I doubt seriously anyone else here is going to sell after all this time when we are so close to finally winning
