IC.. I was amazed at the terms, including MRKR retaining complete control. Like you and others, this needs to be out under the the financing ' microscope'.. first blush suggests both parties believe that great results are on the horizon.
Thoughts by any or all of you?
Not yet seen the 8K.
If great events do come, nothing would please me more than to retract my negative posts of past years, and praise management at the Annual Shareholders meeting.
