That is a 31$ stock trading on the NASDAQ that was transferring beneficial ownership.... all classes of stock transfer as well. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Give me a stock that converts their Class C shares out of the blue for no reason like you are assuming will happen here. LOL. Who exactly will be converting these shares from VTXB and for what reason?
