Steffan (through GTV) is the investor relations contact for multiple companies, including HEMP. This provides additional revenue for GTV that helps to advance the goals of the three main divisions.

He does not have any control over the actions of any of the companies. They hired his company to interact with their respective shareholders, and relay information approved by management.
