So basically if/when Amarin wins the case, what's going to be the next excuse for no imminent BO? The 60 day hangover on whether they will appeal or not? Then if they appeal are people going to be saying no one is going to make an offer until the appeal process is exhausted? That could take years. To sum it up, potentially no BO possible for a min of 60 days to a maximum of years until the appeals are exhausted.

Settlement assures no appeal; if Amarin wins end of March defendants have 60 days to file appeal. Won’t know until June....
