I know that. Was using shorthand.

Conway was a former LIBE CEO, but not a former Ngen CEO.


I know that Brian Conway isn't a former CEO of NGen, but I've been referring to NGen as LIBE/NGen since the reverse merger as a form of shorthand to indicate that the content of the post is on-topic.

Maybe I could have been a little more explicit, but at some point, perhaps once an audited 10-K is issued, there will be no need to mention Conway's connection with NGen Technologies.

Or maybe it won't be until the 1Q/20 report is filed in May, because that will be covering the first quarter where the data will only be NGen's, and not a mix of LIBE and NGen.
