The ask continually reloads in relation to the sells at the ask. This is evidence of using a high volume ask which causes churning to develop. There is nothing more that I can add about this. The large volume shareholder either needs to stop the conduct of blocking advance of the shareprice by borrowing this high volume of shares for a shorting strategy; or if the shares are actually owned, then reduce the volume for sale and give the stock a chance to recover. That is all.
