I don't need to call the SEC, I'm not foolish enough to buy MAXD stock.

That's a problem for the people who hold the 6.8 billion MAXD shares.

Sooner or later the stock will go illiquid. Although it already essentially is illiquid, hardly any volume at even 0.0001

Why not????
Concerns call the SEC....
