countries with negative yields on their bonds have budget surpluses, or fast shrinking budget deficits, and they dont have to issue much debt. as soon as they issue one, it's gobbled up on the second. we know what funds must have bonds. here, we issue hundreds of billions of debt a year...
anyways, the super low interest rates in the US, should help more people buy the highest quality car in the world-Tesla
