By remaining conservative JT puts no pressure on himself to improve the awful tier situation with insurance carriers or to market the drug more effectively.

Under promising and over delivering doesn't work when he can't even overdeliver very much. It just tanks the share price and it remains tanked...

JT is a failure his ability to effectively market Vascepa is no better than his public speaking ability.
