Personally I like the company very much. Good questions for sure. Their is incentive as the shares are given at face value at the time. Without doing the right things these shares will not go up. It isn't as though they give these shares at rock bottom prices but at the going price. They have done this for 4 yrs. and the price has continued to go up. Won't be long and cash flow will help tremendously grow the company. My belief is the $12 Mil purchase today will be at about $6 Mil. I really like the strategy they have implemented and believe it is 100% foolproof cookie cutter approach. Growth is vastly outpacing the dilution. Good luck in finding something better and safer and I am all ears.
