That statement is like saying a businessman can't open a restaurant if he/she doesn't know how to construct a building. Warren Buffet can't open SEEs Candy because he doesn't make chocolate or Howard Shultz can't open any Starbucks locations because he didn't pick coffee beans.

Seems that RC really isn't qualified with construction, build outs, and renovations as claimed? Since, no one has any details in terms of what that "extensive experience" actually entailed. Not even his bio on his website....lol. No mention of the words construction, renovation, or buildout. Guess he discredited himself?
