Missed it. You're a great contributor.

Really glad you joined the board.

I think settlement. At the minimum, it gives me hope and allows time to pass faster.

And if no settlement, take that hurdle when it comes.

Plus, there must be disagreement among the 13, else 1 trial.

It's either foreshadowing settlement for some (or all) or using Cox as the Guinea pig.

I think the former.
