A lot of speculation regarding the recent raise at .17c. My thinking on this is that some of the investors who were approached to finance the 4 million unloaded some of their current positions prior to deal closing which resulted in share price losing value. It would be interesting to know when exactly they were approached as I am sure we would see SP depreciation leading to the eventually negotiated price. I know that if I had a substantial position in the money and was approached to help finance I would certainly unload prior to closing a new deal, safe in the knowledge that no ground breaking news was imminent.
