That response has nothing to do with the fact that there is zero current market interest in BIEL, outside present investors. Any OTC stock has some market cap based on previous share purchases, outstanding shares, and current market price.

The fact remains that the FDA announcement tsunami didn't attract new long term investors into the BIEL family. A mere half billion traded that day, with flippers and note holders selling the PPS right back down to trips within a couple of days. Trading has now leveled out to more or less normal levels.

Right back where it started.....the market has expressed its opinion as a yawning 'so what?'.
