lol, Ol' Con Man Dwyer always posts pics, he probably gets them off the internet. He has been clear in the filings, some investors choose to ignore it where it states...

gcgx cannot sell, distribute, manufacture or receive any revenues from cannabis products. gcgx does not have a license to operate in the cannabis sector in California or any other state.

Investors can't say he scammed them with all this in the filings. Dwyer did push the envelope with the Tweet that said gcgx was fully licensed... he didn't say for what but it's misleading enough investors could use that against him.
