People get excited, that’s not necessarily “pumping”. People were buying on news that may have been overly speculative but most people here are looking for perspective, not buy or sell signals in my opinion. That some do pump is as certain as some are here to do the opposite.

I believe Kabunushi is correct in his assessment, in particular the part about some people imagining that NWBO management surveys this board 24/7 trying to make all business decisions based upon how a group of 30-40 people on this board will interpret or understand their move. This raise didn’t happen in an instant and is with long term big money investors. These type of people make moves based on months to years in advance perspectives. Look at yesterday’s market move based solely on the Corona Virus not being as contained as had been thought; it wreaked havoc on speculation as to where to put capital for months ahead if not a year or more. NWBO, in my opinion, made an additional raise beyond the amounts they’ve been doing recently to accelerate the expansion of manufacturing in the UK as well as for general operations. NWBO has said nothing more than “interesting” about their ASM and the parentheses about expansion in the UK in their SEC filing. Everything else is wildness on the part of retail be it up or down.

I feel we have had good news in the past few days from the ASM to the expansion of manufacturing in the UK. The deal went down went it went down, I feel there’s no way for NWBO management to have waited, or done it sooner and the same with the ASM announcement. People were losing their minds here about the ASM so they finalized a date and put it out there. Yes, there must be a reason they said “interesting” meeting, and yes, there must be a reason they did the additional money for expansion in the UK. But to me these are the only thing to speculate about right now if one is bound to speculate. And, to me, it’s quite easy to not only understand how good this news is, but to be excited by it. Why choose now to expand more quickly? We all know Dr. Ashkan is using the specials program to facilitate a compassionate use program. We all know that expanding manufacturing capability would help him do more. I don’t think it’s a far jump to speculate that the UK, which many of us have already felt would be the spearhead of initial approval, is readying itself for something. Does this project the probability of approval there? I don’t know, but if one is looking for signals I believe this is one of them. Maybe top line is just around the corner? Maybe FDA approval is imminent? I don’t have a clue. But something more than the norm is happening in my opinion and management is being very careful and honest in what they’re putting out. We’re going to speculate, so to imply speculation equals pumping is nonsense, why else be here?
