What will they talk about?

I think the judge is going to order them to sit down and settle this case

She will probably give the two sides 2 weeks at the most

If they don't settle, specifically if the FTC does not settle, then she will end it herself

I think she is going to wag her finger at the FTC today (figuratively) and suggest that they might not like the outcome if SHE has to end it.

I guess we will see, there a number of possible results
