Oh please, that's ludicrous. The market is ignoring BIEL completely. The day of the full body FDA approval - HUGE NEWS - and not even a billion shares traded, and that from flippers churning on the announcement.

That's part of the problem with the dismal PPS - new investors/the market are paying zero attention.
