If this is a 1 for 1 donor to treatment scenario I don't think this would fly for corona meirluc. It is hard enough to justify the complexity and cost for cancers like GBM with no really effective treatments available . . . but that is just it if DCVAX is effective and is the only effective treatment than it makes sense to accept the complexity and cost.
