On 2/21/20 WGMCF announced anon-brokered private placement consisting of up to 37,500,000 units at a purchase price of $0.08 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant which entitles the holder to purchase one additional share in the share capital of the company for a period of 5 years, at an exercise price of $0.12 per share.

This is what probably stimulated buying today.
Over 1 million shares traded in the first hour. Impressive.
Things will settle down a bit for now.
This is certainly a good time to accumulate WGMCF for the long term.
