why give newbies the remaining shares when current multi-year shareholders should hold what little remains from the 600M available

I prefer discussing aspects that actually makes sense. Your assumptions/DD is flawed and illogical

Do you understand that more and more shares are being added? Longs are tapped out, they don’t wanna accumulate this for the rest of their life, they want to make money, like all the other stocks they are holding during this bull market. Id rather add into an uptrend while everything is bullish, than keep adding into a downtrend that never seems to end.

Do you realize that they have to increase the AS above 600 million? They have no choice, they have committed more in dilution than 600 Million. The filings state that they’re going to increase the AS so it’s not actually a surprise anymore, but it’s coming

it’s possible that they could buy this debt back and reduce this dilution from happening, but I’d say the odds of that are low. they need more money than they can find.
