Thanks for exposing the scam!

EMPM stock is equity in an empty shell company. It is a "bait and switch" play to mislead investors into thinking they're buying stock in an EV company, but they're not.

Saean, Inc., a private company set up in Nevada that Dr. Lee is listed as the sole officer of (likely set up "on his behalf" by the stinky pink players, including Ian Dixon), bought stock in EMPM to create the illusion he was moving his EV company into it. That has not happened at all, it remains empty. With this control over EMPM, new "management" was installed, including Dixon and the "eye candy" William Sawyer, who failed at his last endeavor in the OTC as the CEO of West Texas Resources. Since then, the management team has been "shuffled" to know longer show Dixon, since he is well known in the OTC and is a lightning rod that would expose the bait and switch.

To further the illusion, the "board" recently voted to change the name of EMPM to "Saean Industries," which is irrelevant since there are still no business operations in the shell.

Saean, Inc., the private company and purported parent company over EMPM, has 200M common shares according to the NVSOS. When "share swap with the Korean shareholders" referred to, it is far more likely those shares would be involved, since those Korean shareholders currently have shares in the Korean parent company. Why they'd even accept shares of an empty shell company with another 35% of the shares held by the bagholders from EMPM's failed business smacks against logic.

And that's if any of this is real... I've found 2 other EV companies "over there" (ie - way too far away for any sort of verification/due diligence) that were pure hoaxes that also had nifty pictures and translated news. Google "China Hustle" and read up.

While Googling, go to a "Street View" of the address of their new show room... It's in a strip mall...

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
