Very confusing. very confusing. 5% of outstanding is 4,298,795 shares, If the investor were to purchase that number of shares for $5,000,000 that would mean they are valued at over $1.00 even after a 15% discount. I just don't see that happening unless they are merging into a big name company. OR they plan on diluting to the tune of billions of shares. But I really don't have a leg to stand on here, I read the 8k twice and it felt like I was reading a philosophy textbook.
