Chanbond had a virtual office in Dallas and thought the lawsuit would be heard in the Eastern District of Texas - then the disaster started and it was changed to Delaware.

Recently 2 lawsuits against Apple was removed from the Eastern District of Texas.

The Eastern District of Texas should be banned from hearing patent infringement cases - the most corrupt District Court in the US.
