With such compelling revenue projections by some, why wouldn't a company of means want to take the whole enchilada with their pocket change, and at such a cheap current valuation? Why bother with partnering at all?

Agreed - KW, family, and others could walk away with no additional effort and millions in their pockets; KW could just add those to the millions she admitted to the SEC she made through IBEX.

AW and KW have both exhibited their disdain for shareholders.....it would be a most unfortunate outcome for longs....
