I think their fiscal year ends 3/31. There will be a financial report shortly after. Once there are some S1 sales under their belt, it would be a good time to re-list. Listing before would be like an empty suit. There has to be a scalable product selling, like S1, or listing is just stupid.
At least for me I can chill/not be concerned until they are shipping production S1.. Like I (we) have a choice anyway :) LOL....

I don't claim to be any kind of expert on this but I'm sure it's NOT entirely up to Saleen when they get to trade again. Doesn't SEC have some rules??? Good sales of S1 could cure all. When the stock goes above $20, I'll go buy one with cash :)
