Amarin Corp Plc (AMRN)

So for fun lets assume next week AMRN takes 100% of the market. That would be scripts of about 144k. My question is this....is that it? Is 144k scripts the max this company can write? How does the market actually get larger? With label expansion shouldn't we want to see the total script count start to grow beyond 144k?? That's the part of these script counts I don't quite understand. I see AMRN % of the market grow weel to week but the market itself seems stagnant
