I don't believe I ever said that current BIEL 2.0 WOULDN'T want to close a deal, quite the contrary. BIEL 1.0 is the WOULDN'T close a deal era, but I'm afraid the situation may have changed today from WOULDN'T close a deal to COULDN'T close a deal. See the difference?
I'm not an insider so I don't have all the specifics but negotiations are certainly falling short and I suspect it's due to once again to our sordid past shenanigans and just coming across like some kind of scrappy start-up in a basement (but not in a good way like you might see on Shark Tank)...
so we continue with our lovely baggage as we TRY to break into the consumer pain space...lets not kid ourselves, we have NOT done that yet. We only have an FDA O.K. to legally do that...doesn't mean we will do it.
