Why should they be taken out of folks won’t sell at that price? Retail is an entirely different beast than MM’s. MM’s don’t struggle to cover FTD’s except in unusual circumstances. They have never had an issue covering their daily BIEL FTD’s which is common in the OTC

The fail regsho won’t give any hint as to expected stock spikes or drive any rush to cover by MM’s - thinking it does is a common mistake made by inexperienced traders.
