Agree. At our current pps, any capital raise will come with an extra hefty hit of dilution. Ideally, I would agree on waiting on the uplist, but that has been delayed for many, many months and the pps has slide to current levels in the meantime. The audit debacle has hurt us very badly in many ways. 2019 audit completion cannot come soon enough.
