Really ? Funded by the department of defense ?

Using old non-applicable news or situations from the Fuel Cell days is a misrepresentation in my opinion.

Even when it's third or fourth hand quoting, those people heard it somewhere and the fact that XNRGI allows this , not quite true information be disseminated is disconcerting .
