Exactly, but think Billy will want 75-90%.

0.795 - 0.954 per month, per subscriber for "x" units for "y" years.

It must be punitive.

Or even more b/c Comcast must be 200M * 3 or 600M w treble.

Comcast's triple damages must be figured into the calculation.

Everything is negotiable.

The big unknown is how many modems infringing?
