Interesting.... but this is what a Billionaire with RE.LI has exactly done and it's worked out very well so far for them. And, many old "bag-holders" have become extremely wealthy because of it. There are many other examples. Why would these highly successful businessmen choose to buy a majority holding of these shells and start moving their private or public companies into them based on your point of view? Is RE.LI another fraud just like you claim EMPM to be?

And, if this purported EV company is really going to make a go out of that business, they're going to need billions to spend to do it. Where's that coming from?

This could come from current business, a sale of part of their current business, an APO with PIPE financing, etc. Isn't the point of going public to have easier and more access to capital? That's the whole point. Won't they have the means to sell more stock at much higher prices once their entire story unfolds and people realize the technology and patents that they hold?

Of course we are betting on Sawyer and Lee being men of high character and we are betting on them doing what they've said they are going to do. They still have to execute and I've put my money on them executing what they have set out to do!
