CHASING AND BUSTER DAVE: Phase 1 and 2 have been completed late 2019. Further clinical studies are underway (as of January, 2020). These studies may not be technically designated Phase 3. But, "further clinical studies are underway" (January, 2020). I believe that the results of these "further clinical studies" have been leaked to large investors resulting in 84 million share sales on the open market on Feb. 14.
