Here's the history on the vealies done along the way with GNRC:

Date          Cash Reserve           Cash "Target" 
 06/24/19          38%                   39% 
 09/13/19          40%                   37% 
 10/10/19          39%                   36% 
 10/31/19          39%                   35% 
 01/20/20          39%                   41%

These were mixed with actual sales which kept the cash reserve in a tight range near the cash target amount for the perceived risk at those times.
